Lambda 300W and 600W Power Supplies Receive SEMI F47 Certification
SAN DIEGO, CA (April 28, 2005) - Lambda announced it has received SEMI F47-0200
certification on its low-cost SWS series 300- and 600-watt power supplies, enabling them to be
used in a wide variety of semiconductor fabrication equipment. SEMI F47 is an industry
standard for voltage sag immunity.
All SWS300 and SWS600 models accept a wide range of input voltages – from 85VAC to
264VAC – with SEMI-F47-0200 certification granted at full load from 208VAC to 240VAC and at
reduced operating power with input voltages from 100VAC to 115VAC.
The SWS300 and 600 are available with output voltages from 3.3V to 48V and currents up
to 100 amps. They can deliver up to 600 watts from -10oC to +65°C and derate to 50% load
from 50°C to 65°C. Remote on/off, power-fail and current-share signals are standard on the
In addition to SEMI F47-0200 certification, the power supplies meet EN55022 and FCC
Level B specifications, are CE marked, and approved to UL60950, CSA60950 and EN60950
standards. Moreover, they include active PFC (power factor correction) circuitry to meet
