	In 2012, our committee had a hunch that hosting a technical exchange geared toward T&E of System-of-Systems (SoS) would be just what the community wanted and needed. We were correct and the interest generated and the presentations and crosstalk that ensued during the week made for a highly successful workshop. Once again, responding to the feedback from the T&E community including government, academia, and industry alike, the White Sands Chapter realigned the focus of this year's program to apply the SoS tools and applications learned from last year and put them towards Network Integrated Evaluation (NIE). We continue strive to bring relevant information to the community. This workshop will incorporate the aspects of Modeling and Simulation (M&S), Distributed Training & Testing, Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC), Interoperability, and Systems Engineering necessary to enable NIE while providing our attendees with a complete picture of our current working environment.
